The problem

You’re paying too much for leads
that don’t close.

Most lead services give you a name and a prayer. No data on the roof. No storm history. No way to prioritize. You waste hours chasing people who don’t need you.

📞
Shared 3–5 ways
Angi and HomeAdvisor sell the same lead to multiple roofers. By the time you call, the homeowner is annoyed and shopping price.
🎯
No real qualification
You get a name and phone number with zero context on roof age, storm damage, or whether they can afford the job.
📉
8–12% close rate
Industry average on purchased leads. You're spending $7,500+ a month and closing eight jobs.
How it works

Four data layers. One qualified lead.

We apply progressively more expensive analysis at each stage — so you only pay for leads that earned their way through every gate.

01
County property records
We ingest tax assessor data — year built, roof type, assessed value, square footage — for every residential parcel in your market.
02
NOAA storm overlay
Every hail event, wind event, and tornado within 15 miles of each property in the last 3 years. Cross-referenced for proximity, severity, and recency.
03
AI scoring engine
Each property scored 0–100+ across five factors: roof age, storm exposure, property value, urgency, and ability to pay. Then sorted into Priority, Qualified, or Standard tiers.
04
Deep assessment + satellite
Top leads get AI-written talking points, insurance likelihood, cost estimates, and satellite imagery analysis for visible damage.
What you get

This is a real lead card.

Every lead in your package comes with this level of detail — property data, storm history, AI assessment, and actionable talking points. Two product lines, two kinds of lead: an always-on Territory lead below, and a Storm Response lead delivered days after a real event.

AI Assessment

22-year-old asphalt shingle roof, 7+ years past its expected lifespan, with 4 hail events on record including 1.75" hail in April 2026 — well above the size most carriers use as a damage threshold. Satellite imagery independently confirms visible wear: cracked and curling shingle tabs, heavy granule loss, and exposed underlayment at the ridge. This isn't a cold guess — it's a homeowner who almost certainly has a covered claim sitting on a roof that's visibly failing. Both signals rarely line up this cleanly on the same lead.

Talking Points
Lead with April 2026 hail damage — fresh and top of mind for the homeowner
Insurance almost certainly covers at 1.75" — exceeds most policy thresholds
Roof is 7+ years past the typical 15-year warranty period
Neighborhood has 12 other aging roofs — position as multi-job opportunity
Satellite Analysis
Illustrative outline
Satellite imagery flags heavy granule loss and several cracked, curling shingle tabs across the south-facing slope — classic late-life shingle failure, not routine weathering. A section of exposed underlayment is visible near the ridge, consistent with an active minor leak point. Confidence: 0.78. Severity: Moderate.
Illustrative — pending a licensed imagery source, not delivered on packages today.

AI Assessment

15-year-old asphalt shingle roof inside a verified 2.00" MESH hail core — well above nearly every carrier's damage threshold. Post-storm satellite imagery, captured just 3 days after impact, shows a tarp already on the roof: this homeowner knows they have a problem and hasn't been reached yet. Missing shingle tabs and exposed decking are visible across the same slope. This is a homeowner mid-crisis, not a cold prospect — the door is already open.

Talking Points
Post-storm imagery captured Day 3 — you're at this door before it's been knocked by anyone else
AI-confirmed damage, not a probability estimate: missing shingle tabs and exposed underlayment visible on the south slope
2.00" hail exceeds nearly every carrier's damage threshold in this area
Many hail claim filing windows are time-limited — timing matters for this homeowner
Satellite Analysis
Illustrative outline
Day-3 post-storm capture shows a tarp already covering roughly 20% of the south-facing slope — the homeowner has noticed a leak and made a temporary fix on their own. Missing shingle tabs and exposed decking are visible across the same section, with a debris pattern consistent with the June 22 hail event. Confidence: 0.91. Severity: Severe.
Illustrative — pending a licensed imagery source, not delivered on packages today.
Many policies limit hail claim filing windows, and the window varies by carrier and state — timing matters, but we never state a universal deadline on a lead card.

“I built LeadScout Pro because I was tired of watching roofers pay top dollar for leads that were really just a name and a phone number. We’re a data company that happens to sell leads — every one is backed by county records, storm data, and AI analysis, not a web form.”

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

The honest answers to what roofers ask us most before buying.

Where do your leads come from?+
County property records, NOAA storm data, and our own scoring model. We never buy or resell purchased lead lists — every lead starts from public property and storm records, not a web form.
Are leads really exclusive?+
Yes. Every paid lead is exclusive at the database level — a lead sold to you is never resold to anyone else, enforced by a database constraint, not a policy. Free sample leads follow a 90-day rule: once a lead has been sent as a sample in your market, it won’t be sent as a sample to another prospect in that same market for 90 days.
What areas do you cover?+
Today: Gwinnett County, GA and Weld County, CO. We’re expanding from there — if you’re outside those two counties, use “Request your county” below and we’ll reach out as soon as we have coverage in your market.
How fresh is the data?+
Storm history comes from NOAA’s Storm Events Database and refreshes as new events post. We can also run an on-demand scoring pass for a specific area instead of waiting on a bulk schedule, so a requested region can be brought current quickly.
What if the leads are bad?+
We don’t have a formal guarantee on paid packages yet — that’s something we’re still building toward. The best way to de-risk before buying is the free sample: you get real, fully scored lead cards for your county before spending anything, so you can judge the data quality yourself first.
How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?+
Angi and HomeAdvisor sell the same lead to 3–5 roofers and hand you a name with no context. Every LeadScout Pro lead is exclusive, scored from county records + NOAA storm data + AI analysis, and comes with roof age, storm history, and talking points — not just a phone number.
What is Storm Response?+
Storm Response is a fresh-confirmed lead product we’re building for the 2027 storm season — leads pulled from a verified hail or wind event within days of impact. It’s reservation-based (you lock in volume before the season starts) and isn’t delivering today; see the reservation section above for details.
Do you have contracts or minimums?+
No contracts or minimums. Start with a free sample — no credit card required — and buy packages of 25 to 200 leads whenever you want more.
